Get cozy with friends and family in Farm Table’s beautiful restaurant space and enjoy a winter meal featuring area farmers’ cheeses, produce, meat, and wine! This special menu was originally a collaboration created to exhibit local and seasonal fare at Braise Restaurant in Milwuakee.
Hors d’oeuvre: Pickled and Cultured
A variety of Wisconsin micro-dairy goat and cow cheeses dressed three ways with seasonal pickled produce and house butter crackers
Vegetable Course: Good Gourd! A Celebration of Squash
Asian style butternut and delicata squash-filled dumplings with caramelized shallots and a rich Thelma Sanders squash sauce
Main Course: A Tribute to Cylon Rolling Acres
Smoked goat leg braised with canned heirloom tomatoes, rosemary and garlic atop creamed kale, roasted root vegetables with fennel and mint, and creamy polenta
Dessert: Winter Sundae
A trio of pumpkin, sweet corn, and cranberry custards on top of sugar-roasted delicata squash with pumpkin-seed brittle
