Join us as Terry weaves local seasonal food and cooking techniques with tradition and stories to create the richest of fare… which you then get to eat! You’ll connect with your community, enjoy a delicious lunch, and leave with the day’s recipes.
Cassoulet is considered ‘the national dish of France’ – simple, hearty ingredients of white beans, sausage and chicken are considered one of France’s greatest contributions to deliciousness in the world. It is the perfect warming lunch for a January day.
